Open Question: how can i lose about 12 pounds in 2-3 weeks?

I am about 5'3 or 5'4 and i weigh 103 pounds. i'm 13 years old. At the beginning of my 7th grade year, i weighed like 85 pounds. Is there any diets and exercises that i can do to make me have a flat stomach and lose my love handles? Also to make my thighs skinnier because they are pretty big. But please don't tell me that "You don't have to lose weight" or "your too skinny" because this is a personal choice. please help because my cheer season starts in dec. and i don't want to have a huge stomach hanging out because it is really noticeable when I'm wearing my uniform. please help thank you :]... read more
